As a Line Cook at Cafe Rio, you'll be responsible for preparing fresh, high-quality dishes in our fast-paced kitchen. You'll work closely with our Head Chef to maintain consistent recipes, portioning, and presentation standards while upholding our commitment to using real, honest ingredients.
Our Front-of-House Team Members are the face of Cafe Rio. You'll greet guests, take orders, maintain a clean and welcoming dining area, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied. A friendly attitude and attention to detail are a must.
As a Shift Supervisor, you'll lead and motivate a team of up to 10 team members during your shift, ensuring smooth operations, high food quality, and outstanding guest experiences. You'll handle opening/closing duties, team coaching, and issue resolution with confidence and professionalism.
The Catering Coordinator is responsible for managing catering inquiries, building client relationships, coordinating logistics, and ensuring every catering event goes off without a hitch. You'll work closely with the kitchen team and clients from inquiry to delivery.
Our Prep Cooks support the kitchen team by preparing ingredients, maintaining a clean workspace, and assisting line cooks during service. This is a great entry-level opportunity for those looking to start a career in the culinary world with a team that's passionate about fresh food.
